It is mainly used for rubber or plastics mixing, plasticizing and final refining.
1. Tangential type, intermeshing type and synchronous type rotors can be chosen according to the user's requirements.
2 .The mixing chamber is drilled structure with fast heating or cooling speed and high efficiency. The inner wall is plated with hard chromium or hard alloy with long service life.
3. The top ram is driven by air or hydraulic pressure, which can realize the constant pressure control of rubber.
4. The discharge door adopts double rack hydraulic cylinder to drive and linear cylinder to lock，which has stable operation and accurate positioning.
5. Main drive adopts double output shaft hard tooth surface reducer and transmission is driven by gear coupling or cross universal coupling .Entire machine has features such as stable transmission, high efficiency, low noise and long service life.
6.Control system adopts PLC that has perfect signal detection, feedback , safety protection and operates conveniently .
